Full Program Membership

The Full Program membership is our most elite level of membership, designed for athletes ages 14-18. Full Program members receive:

  • Advanced Strength Training Program designed around our 6 pillars of performance: Speed, Power, Mobility, Balance, Coordination, and Strength.

  • Organized Hitting development plan

  • Organized arm care and velocity development plan

  • Online Recruiting Profile

  • Video Analysis

  • Sports Psychology coaching:

    • Goal Setting

    • Visualization

    • Self-Talk

  • Performance Nutrition Counseling including bodyweight and body composition goal setting and guidance

  • Assessments to track KPIs including:

    • HHA

    • Max Exit Velocity

    • Avg Exit Velocity

    • Max Throwing Velocity

    • Strength Index

    • Bodyweight to Height Ratio

The Full Program membership is a year-round, recurring membership. The schedule and structure rotates seasonally:

  • October 15th-March 15th: Offseason

    • 3 organized group baseball training sessions each week

    • 3 organized group strength training sessions each week

    • Unlimited Open Hitting

  • March 15th-June10th: Inseason

    • Unlimited Open Hitting

    • Unlimited Open Strength Training

    • 2 Free Private Lessons

    • In-season strength program, delivered on the MacStrength App

  • June 10th-Aug 15th: Summer

    • 3 organized group baseball training sessions each week

    • 3 organized group strength training sessions each week

    • Unlimited Open Hitting

  • Aug 15th-October 15th: Fall

    • 3 organized group baseball training sessions each week

    • 3 organized group strength training sessions each week

    • Unlimited Open Hitting

Half Program Membership

The Half Program membership is our lower tier membership. Half Program membership is great for athletes who are involved in other sports or activities. Members receive:

  • Organized Hitting development plan

  • Organized arm care and velocity development plan

  • Online Recruiting Profile

  • Video Analysis

  • Sports Psychology coaching:

    • Goal Setting

  • Monthly Assessments to track KPIs including:

Youth Training 8u-12u

Our youth flex pass offers 8u-12u players the flexibility to train when their schedule allows. We currently have training sessions on:

Monday: 6:00-7:15pm

Tuesday: 3:15-4:30pm

Thursday: 3:15-4:30pm

Packages are available to purchase in 5, 10, and 20 session increments.
